Inclusive Dance World Vision: Unity in diversity.

The Grand celebration of inclusive dance on Inclusive Dance World Vision continues to win the hearts of viewers around the world.

Unity in diversity – the main idea of the event is to unite a variety of people through the language of the movement. And the organizers were successful. Online broadcast of the first unique show with the participation of 39 inclusive dance teams from 29 countries, which was held on December 1, 2020, was watched by residents from all over the world – from Canada to Chile, from Ireland to Indonesia, from Moscow to Vladivostok.

Video recordings of all three broadcast parts are published in the public domain on the official website idwv.org and they continue to gain views, while the organizers begin preparing for the Inclusive Dance World Vision-2021.

"If we can't meet every day and communicate, then only the craziest ideas start working. And the crazier the better. Therefore, Inclusive Dance World Vision is an opportunity to be in contact despite the conditions that exist now. Despite the fact that we do not have physical interaction, we have culture, communication and dance – a universal language that everyone understands. We have modern technologies, which means that we have no borders, no barriers to friendship, cooperation, and dance", - Leonid Tarasov, author of the IDWV idea, member of the Presidium of the World Association of inclusive Dance, Chairman of the organizing Committee of the international charity dance festival "Inclusive Dance", head of the center for socio-cultural animation "Oduhotvorenie" (Moscow, Russia).

Next year, participants and viewers of Inclusive Dance World Vision will see even more unique dance performances from teams from different parts of the world, more amazing discoveries, expanding the boundaries of creativity and development, - shared the author of the project.

On December 1, 2020, inclusive Dance groups from 29 countries took part in the show Inclusive Dance World Vision: Austria, Argentina, Belarus, Belgium, Great Britain, Germany, Georgia, Israel, Indonesia, Spain, Italy, China, Colombia, Kyrgyzstan, Malta, Mexico, the Netherlands, Peru, Poland, Russia, Slovakia, Taiwan, Uzbekistan, Philippines, France, Czech Republic, Sweden, Scotland, Estonia. The audience saw 39 unique choreographic performances, which are harmoniously intertwined with dancers with Down syndrome, autism, cerebral palsy, musculoskeletal disorders, deafness and other health condicions, professional artists and dancing volunteers. Everyone could take part in workshops and learn the movements of 29 national dances together with choreographers from all over the world.

Highlights of all three broadcast parts are in one video:
In 2020, all of us were affected by social isolation. Now each of us knows firsthand what it means to be unable to go beyond the four walls, walk in the park, go visit friends, fly to the ends of the Earth, visit shops, cafes, concerts, gyms, creative workshops. Everything that filled every day of our lives suddenly disappeared, and only this allowed us to feel the real value of what we have, but never had millions of people with disabilities living nearby.

Inclusive dance means freedom of movement, travel, communication and support, therapy and rehabilitation, creativity, development and self-realization. We open the doors to this beautiful and wonderful world and invite everyone to learn more about it or become a part of it!

The inclusive Dance World Vision show on December 1, 2020 was the final event of the VIII International charity dance Festival Inclusive Dance, organized annually by the Oduhotvorenie Center and the inclusive Dance Charity Foundation. From November 27 to November 30, an international conference, pair competitions in inclusive dance among (49 pairs from 12 regions of Russia, as well as from Austria), team competitions (38 groups - 272 participants from 19 regions of Russia, Austria, Estonia, Indonesia), a gala concert of 16 choreographic productions of the winners of the 1st degree of the Festival-2020 took place online.
