1. Festival Inclusive Dance Center
We are inviting dancers, choreographers, and teachers of different dance genres to join our team of specialists, who are working to develop inclusive dance – dance involving people with and without disabilities. You can put on dance productions, teach dance pieces to people with disabilities; hold master classes; or dance in an inclusive dance pair. You will gain invaluable professional experience and will be invited to the Inclusive Dance Festival Gala Concert, at the end of which you will receive a letter of thanks from the Festival’s Organizing Committee.
You can also join us if you don’t have any dance training but would like to learn to dance.

2. Inclusive Dance Volunteer Information Service
We are inviting journalists, translators, photographers, camera people, filmmakers, editors, proofreaders, desktop publishing experts, programmers, web designers, social media and PR specialists to join the Festival’s volunteer team in spreading the word about inclusive dance in Russia and worldwide.
You can take part in publicizing the Festival’s events and other inclusive dance events taking place around the world on the www.inclusive-dance.ru website. You can also get involved in preparing the annual Festival Diary, which is printed in English and Russian.
You will have the chance to put your heart and soul as well as your professional skills into a truly wonderful enterprise. All volunteers will be invited to the Gala Concert and at the end you will receive letters of thanks from the Festival’s Organizing Committee.

3. Festival Organizing Committee Volunteers
We are inviting people with experience of organizing various types of events - from major international events to events on a regional scale - as well as those who want to try their hand at organizing an international festival.
You can also take part in running the competitions and contests, concerts, parties, master classes, and education programs, and join the large team organising the Festival’s Gala Concert.
This will allow you truly to feel a part of this wonderful event. After the end of the Gala Concert, all volunteers will receive letters of thanks from the Festival’s Organizing Committee.

History of the Festival
The International Inclusive Dance Charity Festival was initiated by the Odukhotvorenie (Inspiration) Socio-cultural Animation Center in March 2013.
The Festival is a continuation of the work that the Center has done over many years around dance rehabilitation and inclusive dance. The Festival’s activities have been possible thanks to cooperation from the Foundation for the Support of Children in Challenging Living Situations; the All-Russian Society for the Disabled; the Government of Moscow; and many other organisations.
From 1 May to 3 December 2013 an international online inclusive dance competition was held, together with special competitions for artists, journalists, photographers and filmmakers and Different Lives, Equal in Dance, an international volunteer program. An exhibition entitled Synthesis of Inclusive Arts was held and the www.inclusive-dance.ru portal was created; numerous other events were also held as part of the festival.
Fifty-eight groups and dance pairs from four countries and 22 Russian regions took part in the first festival. The Festival’s Gala Concert took place on 3 December 2013 in the Stanislavsky and Nemirovich-Danchenko Musical Theater
