In 2013, the first International Charity Dance Festival "Inclusive Dance" was held, initiated and organized by the Center for Socio-Cultural Animation "Oduhotvorenie" (www.oduhotvorenie.com). The festival was held in several stages: the main competition for participation in which the teams sent videos with performances; special contests for photographers, directors, artists and journalists; international volunteer action "Different in life, equal in dance!". The leaders of the groups and choreographers from the regions of Russia held a variety of activities: master classes, dance rehabilitation classes, flash mobs, etc. 62 inclusive dance groups from 21 regions of Russia and 4 countries of the world took part in the first festival. December 2-3, 2013, the final events of the first festival. On December 2, a Conference was held for specialists, and on December 3, a gala concert of the festival winners was in the Musical Theater of Stanislavsky and Nemirovich-Danchenko in Moscow. It is important for people with disabilities to constantly feel needed, involved in large and significant events, so the festival "Inclusive Dance" was decided to be held annually. |

Since then, the direction of inclusive dance has been developing in different regions of Russia: groups are created, where people with disabilities and healthy dancers practice on an equal footing, more and more teams are in a hurry to apply for participation of the festival. The festival-2014 expands the horizons, becomes famous and popular. New forms of work with inclusive groups are emerging. Now it is not only traditional master classes and flash mobs, but also dance and movement trainings, workshops, workshops for professionals working in the field of dance rehabilitation, an on-site School of Inclusive Dance. At the workshops, that was in Cherepovets and Ulyanovsk, participants were able to listen to lectures and gain valuable knowledge, experience the powerful rehabilitation effect of dance. On November 21-22, 2014, the final events of the second festival took place in Moscow. An exhibition entitled “The Synthesis of Inclusive Arts” opened in the Jewish Museum and the Center for Tolerance. The guests were presented photographs and paintings made by the laureates of special competitions. On November 21, experts of inclusive dance from Russia, Holland, Germany, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan held a series of presentations and master classes in different types: waltz on a wheelchair, hip-hop, improvisation, and ballroom dancing. Among the culminating events of the festival "Inclusive Dance" -2014 there is one that happened in Russia for the first time. This is an inclusive dance competition. This format is fundamentally different from the previously known wheelchair dance sport competitions, because it is based not only on sport and adherence of the dance technique, but on art and the ability to find contact with a partner. Participants acted in two nominations: “sports ballroom dance” and “dance improvisation”. According to the jury's estimates, in each of them winners and prize-winners were chosen. But the most significant event was a gala concert at the Planet KVN Moscow Youth Center, which was held on November 22, 2014. Throughout the year, festival participants sent video recordings of their performances to Moscow, and experts of inclusive dance evaluated them and selected the best ones. The teams that received the highest rating from the jury became the winners. 69 inclusive dance groups from 26 regions of Russia and 9 countries of the world took part in the second festival "Inclusive Dance". In 2015, the III International Charitable Dance Festival "Inclusive Dance" was held. This year the inclusive dance movement moved only forward and expanded its boundaries. Seminars on the basics of inclusive dance and dance rehabilitation were held in 6 cities: Syktyvkar, Orenburg, Tver, Yekaterinburg, Orekhovo-Zuevo, Vladimir. Collectives from different regions of Russia took part in the summer and winter schools of inclusive dance (SID). During the summer SID again passed as already successful competition among inclusive duets, and a new form was tested - competition among inclusive teams. Dance groups were able to present their best repertoire performances to the jury. On November 18-22, 2015 the final events of the third festival were held. On November 18, world's first a beautiful event took place - the International Inclusive Ball. More than 300 participants were able to plunge into the refined atmosphere of the balls of the past centuries and learn a long-forgotten pas. On November 19, 2015 a gala concert of the festival was held in the Folklore Center of Lyudmila Ryumina. In 2015, the festival joined to the cross-cultural year of Russia and Argentina. Therefore, the main theme of the concert was the Argentine. Thanks to the support of the Embassy of Argentina, the main concert of the festival was decorated with performances by the Argentinean group Grupo Alma by the direction of Susana Gonzalez. It was a bright and unforgettable sight. On November 21-21, 2015, an inclusive dance competition among duos and teams took place. The participants were evaluated by a professional international jury. Throughout 2016, teams from different cities of Russia and the world fought for the right to dance at this event. More than 500 people took part in the festival - dancers with various types of health disorders and volunteers who help to overcome these disorders. The final events of the festival "Inclusive Dance" were held in Moscow on October 27 - 31. The event was attended by 35 inclusive dance groups from 26 regions of Russia and foreign countries. On October 27, a grand opening of the festival and a gala dinner took place, during which a solemn ceremony of awarding participants of an correspondence contest in inclusive dance was held. The festival culminated of a gala concert, which was held on October 28, 2016 in the Hall of Church Councils of the Cathedral of Christ the Savior. On October 28 and 29, competitions on inclusive dance among duos and teams, practical workshops on inclusive choreography, performance “With the Shadow” of the Creative Union “SoBeitye” (Yekaterinburg), performance “Pacer” of the Theater of Contemporary Dance by Vladimir Lopaev (Irkutsk) were held. From October 20 to October 29, the Russian-Australian project “The Beyond Technique Creative Residency” took place in Moscow with the support of the Center «Oduhotvorenie» (Moscow), Dance Integrated Australia (Australia) and the Australian Embassy in Russia. 10 professional dancers from Russia and 10 people with disabilities for several days got acquainted, communicated through dance, knew each other and themselves. The project resulted in an inclusive performance, which was shown at the closing events of the festival Inclusive Dance on October 29. At the end of the festival on October 31, a meeting of the World Association for Inclusive Dance (WIDA) was held, in which foreign and Russian experts took part. |

159 applications from 75 teams were submitted to the international competition on inclusive dance. This year the festival has covered 34 regions of Russia, 8 foreign countries. 690 people took part in the competition of the festival. This is significantly more than in previous years.
The final events of the festival were held in Moscow on October 28-31, 2017.
On October 28, the Moscow Evenings Inclusive Ball was held in the Tavrichesky Hall of the Grand Palace Museum-Reserve Tsaritsyno. Since the dance floor was not able to accommodate everyone, first a "children" was held, and then an "adult" ball.
The festival was held with the support of the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Russian Federation, the Government of Moscow.
On October 29, in the Kazakov Hall of the Grand Palace of the Tsaritsyno Museum-Reserve, the final competition in inclusive dance among couples - the Big Cup “Inclusive Dance” was held.
October 30, in the Theater Hall of the Moscow International House of Music held the second day of the Big Cup "Inclusive Dance" - team competition in inclusive dance. In the evening of the same day, the participants of the festival were presented the evening program “Open Social Art”: inclusive plastic performances ”. The evening of plastic performances revealed to the organizers and participants of the festival “Inclusive Dance” a new perspective - the prospect of leaving creative laboratories into the world of modern dance, in which the main thing is not the features of a particular performer, but the emotional richness of the production that is able to captivate the theatrical audience.
October 31, The festival’s culmination was the dance show “Inclusive Dance” in the Hall of Church Councils of the Cathedral of Christ the Savior. The best inclusive dance groups from around the world performed on it.
The efforts of the organizers of the Inclusive Dance in this direction were highly appreciated. At the beginning of the gala-concert, Denis Pirogov, Head of the Department for Integration Cooperation in the CIS area of the Federal Agency for Rossotrudnichestvo, presented the diploma for the development of international state and public relations and the exemplary organization of significant cultural events to the chairman of the festival's organizing committee, director of the ANO “Oduhotvorenie”.

The festival was attended by a record number of dancers. For 6 years of its existence, the festival Inclusive Dance has united 2.5 thousand dancers from 250 groups working in 52 regions of Russia, as well as 26 groups from 18 countries of the world. And every year more and more new participants join this movement.
101 teams applied for an online contest. It was held in 45 nominations. This made it possible to find a niche team, working in almost any direction of inclusive dance. Another 80 participated in 6 interregional stages, which took place in St. Petersburg, Sochi, Yekaterinburg, Krasnoyarsk, Saratov and Vladivostok.
As before, the International Charity Festival was organized by the Center of Socio-Cultural Animation “Oduhotvorenie” with the support of the Presidential Grants Foundation, the Moscow Public Relations Committee and the Foundation for Supporting Children in Difficult Life Situations.
This time, in addition to the gala concert, the program included a International Conference about the development of inclusive dance in Russia and the world, as well as master classes by leading European experts of inclusive dance.
October 29, in the conference hall of the Ibis Kievskaya Hotel at the Conference about the development of inclusive dance in Russia and in the world, more than fifty choreographers, team leaders and artists, as well as jury members of the 6th International Charitable Festival Inclusive Dance from the Netherlands gathered , Austria, Belarus and Russia was gathered.

The VI International Festival ended on November 1t with an enchanting gala concert in the Church Hall of the Cathedral of Christ the Savior.
The final stage of the festival was attended by a record number of dancers, about 700, including more than 70 people in wheelchairs, as well as 200 volunteers and 60 organizers from all over Europe.

ln 2019, more than 140 groups and dance couples from all over the world took part in the world's largest annual festival of inclusive dance. The capital of Russia hosted the final events of the VII international charity dance festival lnclusive Dance. The festival lasted from the 26th of October to the 30th of October. These are five days full of events of different formats, united bу the philosophy of inclusive dance. On October 26, the festival was opened bу the international conference on the development of inclusive dance in the hotel Mercure Paveletskaya. Experts in inc lusive dance from Russia, the Netherlands, Austria, Great Britain and Armenia shared with us their unique experience and even some practical techniques. On October 27, 77 dance couples performed slow, fast and complex dance improvisations, classical European and Latin American programs in the Kazakov hall of Grand Palace in the Tsaritsyno Museum-reserve, competing for the "Big Cup of lnclusive Dance". On October 28, more than 700 dancers from 60 groups from all over Russia, Austria, ltaly, the Netherlands, Estonia and Belarus performed on the stage of the ZIL Cultural center. lnternational competitions among the teams of the "Big Cup lnclusive Dance" were held here. On October 29, the hall of Church Cathedrals of the Cathedral of Christ the Saviour hosted а Gala concert of the VII International Charity Dance Festival, where performed the winners and laureates, selected bу а professional international jury and special guests from the Netherlands, ltaly and Austria. The audience saw almost all areas of dance art from classical choreography to conceptual contemporary and fashionable street dance.
